Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to MICT (Make Ideas Come True). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MICT website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the Service).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What MICT Provides

MICT is an AI video creation platform that lets users access multiple third-party AI video models through a unified workflow. Features may include text-to-video, image-to-video, generation history, credits, subscription plans, and API access.

Some parts of the Service depend on third-party providers, including authentication providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and upstream AI model providers. Those providers may impose their own terms, technical limits, or policy restrictions.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are under the age required to do so in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

To use some parts of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

MICT currently supports sign-in through third-party authentication providers such as Google and GitHub when enabled.

4. Your Content and Generated Output

Your Inputs

You may submit prompts, upload images, configure generation settings, and otherwise provide content to the Service (Inputs).

You retain whatever rights you already have in your Inputs. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit those Inputs and to authorize MICT and its service providers to process them.

Generated Output

The Service may generate videos, images, metadata, or similar results based on your Inputs (Output).

As between you and MICT, we do not claim ownership of your Inputs or Output. However:

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

We may remove content, reject requests, suspend jobs, restrict access, or take other protective action if we believe use of the Service violates these Terms, provider policies, or applicable law.

We may use automated safety review systems to screen prompts, uploaded media, and related request metadata before or after a generation is submitted to an upstream provider. Requests blocked before submission are not charged. If a submitted request is later rejected, canceled, or failed because of provider policy enforcement or related safety controls, we may automatically refund the associated credits when appropriate.

6. Credits, Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Credits

MICT may offer free, promotional, purchased, or subscription-granted credits. Different types of credits may have different values, use restrictions, and expiration rules.

If credits are granted in error, associated with a failed or reversed payment, issued for a subscription period that is later reversed, or otherwise require correction, we may deduct, reverse, or invalidate those credits.

Plans and Subscriptions

Some paid offerings are subscription-based and renew automatically until canceled. Subscription management workflows may be handled through available product flows or through support handling, and may not be self-serve in all cases. Unless required otherwise by law or expressly stated in a separate offer:

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the fees, taxes, and other amounts associated with your use of the Service.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated by us, fees are non-refundable.

If a generation fails, MICT may attempt to restore or refund the credits associated with that failed job. Timing may vary, and in some cases manual review or support handling may be required.

7. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on a dynamic, third-party-dependent basis. Model availability, output quality, generation speed, supported parameters, and feature sets may change at any time.

We may:

We do not guarantee that any particular model, feature, provider, or workflow will remain available.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information and service data.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if:

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions related to payments, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution, and protection of rights.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MICT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Before filing a formal claim, you and MICT agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party through any support, feedback, social, or contact channel that MICT makes available on the website or in the Service.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be resolved in the courts or tribunals that have jurisdiction under applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated version in the Service or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact MICT through any support, feedback, social, or contact channel that MICT makes available on the website or in the Service.
